Just bought a used G4 350, which unfortunately was built in the Dark Ages of the hockey puck mouse and the gnome-sized keyboard. I have a Logitech USB mouse I'm going to use in place of the hockey puck, but can anyone suggest a good full-size replacement keyboard? My requirements are:

1) It must not be "split";
2) It must not be butt-freakin-ugly (this rules out most 3rd party models);
3) It must have a power button (this rules out the Apple Pro, sadly).

Help is appreciated.

Try the Macally iMediaKey. It is kind of big, but not too ugly (frosted and graphite). It also has a series of buttons for launching applications and controlling an Audio CD. It has a power button too.
