We have a HP Laserjet 4500TN printer with a JetDirect (internal) card and I need to connect it to the USB port on our Quicksilver 867. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which make/model of cable I should get? Please let me know.

Thank you,
Brad

Does the 4500tn even have a USB port? I tried to find the specs on HP's web site, but it's one of the worst sites when searching for product info. Why would you want to connect it to a slow USB port, when you have ethernet on your G4? Are you trying to connect the JetDirect card to the USB? If so, you can't do that; there is no cable available to do that.
Why is there always money for war, but none for education?

You can find the specs here: http://www.hp.com/itrc_pdi/products/pdfs/clj4500.pdf The .pdf is about 800k.

It has a parallel port, but no USB. If you don't want to go ethernet, then you could look into a parallel to USB adapter. I recommend the PowerPrint by Strydent (http://www.strydent.com). I don't know if it will work with that printer, but there is a compatibility section on the web where you could find out. They are expensive, around $100.
