How is the Optodisc stuff? It's more expensive than noname brand but cheaper than Apple.

Also what about DVD-RAM? Optodisc is Panasonic certified.

Optodisc DVD-R

I have since heard mixed reviews on the Optodisc DVD-R. Some people get consistent great burns with them (at 1X) and some people don't. The DVD-RAM is Panasonic certified, but I don't know if that means anything. It might be a moot point though since the media store I was looking into costs a lot for shipping. I'd have to buy something like 5 DVD-RAM discs to make it worthwhile. It seems a bit risky to hang my hat on "Panasonic Certified".

CompUSA has some cheap media. I don't like them though. The Apple DVD-Rs have pretty casing
