mayge this should be in the system fourm... but have a lot of FW periferals as well...

is there a firewire bible out there?

I want to learn more about it... and how to use it

ie:

firewire network bridges
using a machine with firewire as an external HD
FW harddrive uttilies
etc...

is there?

oh and what's the comand for a computer your using to see an other computer conected via firewire to see it as a hard drive?

I can only answer one question the firewire HD thing.

You have to connect the two computers while the HD-mac (the one you wanna use as a HD is turned off and the mother-mac is turned on.

You the start the HD-mac with pressing down the " T " button until the firwire screen appears. It should then be mounted as HD on your mother-mac.
