Hi,

I am about to buy some RAM, specifically a 256 MB module. I normally buy from http://www.thechipmerchant.com, but I have seen much better prices from http://www.macsolutions.com. I cannot find a contact e-mail address on the site.
I was wondering if anybody had any personal shopping experiences with MacSolutions. The 256 MB RAM module is $219 from macsolutions and $309 from thechipmerchant.

I've ordered more than a GB of memory from MacSolutions--have never had a problem, and their shipping is usually faster than expected.

Last purchase: 256 PC100 ram for my iMac DV, the speed was 2-2-2.
I am stupidest when I try to be funny.

Good. I am glad to hear they are fast, especially since their RAM is so cheap.

Thanks.

BTW, what does "speed was 2-2-2" mean?

I am currently having some trouble with macsolutions--or rather, onememory, since they are the same thing. I did not get what I ordered, they messed up shipping address, didn't call me with the problem, etc.

I have to call them and complain, but they are in CA. <sigh>

Let you know if it turns out well.
