Hey, is it possible to buy the PC version of the PCI Voodoo 5500, and download the drivers from 3DFX? That would work fine correct?

According to 3dfx's web site that won't work. I don't know anyone who has tried it so I don't know for sure, but that question is specifically addressed in the FAQ and they say no.

I have the Mac version of the VooDoo 5 and it works great. No ADC connector on it though.

How many time do we have to go over this: With the exception of Voodoo 3 cards, no PC video card will work in a Mac.
