Yeah, they're in stock (got one on my lunch break today) but they don't have any demos up yet.

I'm holding off to see if it's going to be easy vs. impossible to get Divx and Xvid support.

I don't mind that. There are just several key features I'm watching for (Front Row style Bonjour browsing being one of them).
(Edit: Looks like it can do that.)

I just phoned my local (Tampa) apple store and they have them. I'm busy driving there right now to get one.

Got mine at the store in Chesnut Hill, MA this afternoon... Had a stack behind the counter, and a sign out front saying they were in stock, but no display yet. The guy who checked me out said they would have the displays up by tonight or early tomorrow...

My local store was busy setting up 3 Sony TVs when I got there to fetch my appleTV.
