My mom sent me a USB camera for my birthday, but it has PC software. It is a USB camera, so can I just buy a fairly cheap photo program and use it, or do I have to return it?
The camera probably can't function without the appropriate drivers. To check that out, go to the manufacturer's web page and see what they say. If there are Mac drivers, you can just download them, probably for free. If not, send it back.
