My parents have bought a PowerPC Mac mini (G4@1.5 GHz) and we've recently added a D-Link Bluetooth adapter and a Wireless Keyboard. However, my dad has kept his Logitec trackball (he prefers trackballs over mice). When he logs in, the keyboard isn't recognized and he has to go through the keyboard recognition sequence (press the key next to the left and right Shift button, etc.). Also, very often his trackball isn't recognized and he has to unplug the bluetooth adapter and the trackball and plug them back in to have them recognized by OS X again. Also, it seems that OS X expects a bluetooth mouse as well … All of these devices are connected via a hub to the Mac mini.
Is there a way to remedy this situation?
