Did you go to the SanDisk web site to see if they mention drivers?

I have the scandisk Flashcard reader (model SDDR-31). I just plugged it in and OS X recognized it. No drivers needed to be installed, unlike OS 9.

Mine works fine with the built-in OS X drivers.
