Will the HD be erased? And if so, how to fix it? Does Apple provide a backup software for it on a CD (Pixo, I think the name is, of the OS that needs to be put back on)?
Actual conversation between UCLA and Stanford during a login on early Internet - U: I'm going to type an L! Did you get an L? S: I got one-one-four. L! U:Did you get the O? S: One-one-seven. U: <types G> S: The computer just crashed.

That's why the back is real metal. Either stainless or possibly Mu-metal. Mu-metal would also help explain the price. It's pretty expensive, but an excellent magnetic shield. The magnets in the ear buds are pretty strong, you can move one bud with the other and never touch.
Just to be safe tho, do your best to keep magnets away from your 'Pod.

No wonder Apple only gives 90 days warranty and no extended warranty option!
