Since I have yet to receive a response from Kensington (8 days and counting), I thought to post the question here...

Does anyone know how long the USB cord is on Kensington's Mouse In A Box Optical Pro?

I am looking into freeing myself from the physical and mental anguish of "the puck" but I want a mouse with a decent length of cord.

Dude, I don't even care, that mouse is so awesome I'm considering buying it anyway (or the Expert Mouse Pro). I bought an extension cable for my keyboard--which my mouse plugs into, so it's not a big deal for me.

Well I should have my answer by this weekend. I bought it at onvia.com for US $31.18 w/free shipping.

For the record my Kensington Optical Mouse-in-a-box came with a very long cord - approx 4 ft.
