Well, I purchased a new Logitech Wireless Mouse today and so far so good. I can tell that Logitech has some way to go with there user interface and support. I had some problems with Quake 3 Arena and Starcraft but I believe I've fixed them. I still love this type of mouse, as I used it on my PC.

I recently returned the Logitech cordless trackall because it made my thumb hurt-not a good thing for a dentist. I also could not program the second button to handle contextual menus. I was impressed with the range.

Today I ordered the mouse version. Can the mouse's second button handle contextual menus?

HUm, contextiual menus??

The mouse version is excellent!! The left will do all the regular clicks and the right will pop up other menus acording to applications. The wheel will work in most apps. I use the included mouse drivers, and make sure that the origional apple mouse driver is disabled.

Otherwise than that, the mouse is excellent. The best part, no wires!!

...the right (mouse button) will pop up other menus acording to applications...
... in other words, contextual menus!

I've been told that FinderPop (390k, shareware) is a good utility for improving and extending contextual menu functionality. I haven't yet found the time to try it out.
