I have a printer that is connected to a print server. I was using the Printer Setup Utility to add the printer as an IP Printer. Where can I find the IP address for the printer?

What model print server? Many have a button that can be pressed to print out their configuration.

However, if you're on a small network, do 'arp -a' from the Terminal. That'll give you a list of active IP addresses on your network, and you can probably narrow down which is the printer.

Thanks for the tip. I can't get it to show up using your idea. I had to use a Windows computer to get the IP for the printer/print server. Also, it is a Westell print server and there is no test button.

Hmm... Does pinging the printer's IP address work? I'd be a bit surprised by a print-server that didn't actually respond to queries.
