Need Help! Can not see my printer in chooser, using USB-Parallel with Imac

	I have Imac DV, OS 9.0.4, and a PowerPrint USB-parallel with my old pc printer HP Deskjet 670C. I have installed the printer device driver. In my chooser, I can see the device in icon list. but when I choose the device, nothing display on device list (on the right panel of chooser). When I try to print in my document, there is message that my printer not connect to imac. I have check all device, my printer is on, the cable is connected to imac usb, and parallel to printer. Please Help??
