I have couple of PCs and Macs at home. They are on the network and are in different rooms. A Brother HL-1250 Laser printer is connected to one PC's parallet port. Another PC is able to print to the printer via network. However, printing from Macs is just impossible without taking the printer and connecting it to the Mac. my question is, is it possible to share the printer with Macs just like the PCs do without adding the print server or network interface card for the Brother(I know adding a Printer server will solve the problem but I just don't have much to spend on). Or other way, connect the printer to one Mac and share with other computers?
