It looks like 10GB's already out in Japan. Do you think there's room for 3 more millimetres in the iPod?

I wonder what the cost of this new drive is? If the MSRP is ~$379 for the current 5GB drive, then what would double the capacity run.

Opened mine last nite, I don't think there's room for an extra millimeter, much less three more. This thing is really densely packed in there.
