Has anyone else had problems getting this printer perfectly aligned? I can't seem to get perfect choices from the alignment utility, just close ones. The result is that every few inches there is a discontinuity (not a gap, just a misalignment).
I have a Epson 900G and have never had any problems with the alignment. How ever I had an Epson 500 Stylus that was doing what your Printer is. I had to get it replaced something about the printer head.

We were just a bunch of sawgie old men eating egg salad sandwitches in a card board box, playing tease the wild wolverine in a confind space.
I've got an Epson 600 that used to do that. On my printer it happened whenever I had the "Maximum" page size option picked. When I chose the "Center" option, it would line up properly. Might want to give that a shot.
