I was wondering if anyone knew of any companies that sold USB probes that would measure various things such as pH, Temp, or ORP? I remember a long time ago seeing such a company but don't recall the name of it. If anyone can help, that would be great.

Vernier's LabPro is usb compatible, and works great with the new macs. It runs all of Vernier's probes and can also be run by a TI calculator if you like.
