I don't know about everyone else, but since I bought my iPod last week, I've spent at least another $399 on CDs that I've always wanted.

Anyone else showing dramatically increased consumer spending support for the music sections at Best Buy, Circuit City, Tower Records, K-Mart, Wal*Mart, Target, and a host of other music stores in the past week?

I'm a specific-iTune lover; it's very rare that I enjoy an entire album from a single artist (that aren't greatest hits albums, or soundtracks/shows). So I tend to pick and choose alot. Yes, I've been known to pay $9.99 to $14.99 for a CD that had only ONE iTune on it that I liked. The number of compilations from Rhino that I have are astounding.
