Anyone know if these two are happy campers. I've got the burner (USB) working fine with Toast 4.x but would consider upgrading for more features in the software. Also, is it preferable to connect this external burner directly to one of the two USB ports on the iMac as opposed to going through a powered USB hub. Thought I read somewhere that the hub may/will (?) slow down the data transfer.
Thanx!

I can't find the Predator drive on Roxio's Comatibility Database. Unless it's listed under a different name, you might be better off where you are. Although I find it funny that it's supported by 4, but still not mentioned on the site....

if it's supported by 4.0, it should be supported by 5.0, which supports most drives. Do you know what the mechanism is? You might be able to search to see if the mechanism is supported.
