My external zip 250 drive crapped out and I'm not going to replace it. I have 16 Iomega brand discs, mac fomat. They're still unopened, I have four 4 packs of them. I'd be willing to part with them for $100USD + shipping, your choice of shipping methods. Any takers?

I think even most zip owners have decided that CDrw makes a better (more universal) storage medium. Might as well make coasters.

We "Graphics People" all have pretty large collections of Zip disks, lying around collecting dust. I had 3 years worth of art archived on Zips, and recently moved it all to CD's, plus customers are always forgetting to pick them up. They're really almost valueless now, sorry to say.

for some people they are still useful

same goes for floppies

as long as there are stand alone machines, not networked, without cdrw installed, zip drives and floppy drives are still used

and since there is still a use for these disks for some people other people will want to be able to read/write to them when the need arises, so the drives are still installed in people's systems

now jazz drives maybe out since most people never got a hold of one

I use zips because I have the drives, but I only use and need one disk, three are collecting dust. For me the price of the disks really turn me off. Oh, and i'm using 100MB disks.
