greetings

How can I use my Canon PowerShot A40 with iphoto under OSX?
The camera runs perfectly under OS9 (the drivers and software came with the camera, (i found no drivers for X)) but neither iphoto nor image capture can find my A40 under OSX ... is ther anyone how can help me using iphoto with my A40, or just using this camera with OSX?

thanks for your help

I use the KODAK Multi-Card Reader.
USB, works beautifully, seamlessly with iPhoto.
Reads CF, MMC, SD, and SmartMedia Cards.
(No power cable to mess with, either. Saves camera battery power.)

I've also seen it at Wal*Mart. $39
Good luck!

Upgrade to iPhoto 1.1.1. The old version doesn't support the A40.

If you already have 1.1.1, ensure that you turn your camera on and turn it to the > setting (the setting where you browse photos you've taken) when you connect it to your mac.
