Regarding my coming computer upgrade, I am planning ahead.

For digital photography and video (SD for now, HD coming) I found this RAID 0 solution by g-tech.

Is this one of the risky RAID set-ups, fast, but when one drive fails, all is lost? Is this striped, or the safer mirrored RAID?

Does anybody own this unit?

This in case I buy another iMac.
For a MacPro I'd rather go with more internal drives in MacPro case.

Thanks.
