I have this program (Synthogy Ivory) that I always have to borrow someone's fast PC for. I have an 800mhz ibook G4 with 640mb of ram. I think it will be fast enough to run the program but the program is so big (41gb!) that is has to have its own external hard drive. The files for the program are formatted for PC so how could I make a partition on the hard drive for mac to read and write easily with out erasing any of the pc stuff?
