I'll be living in an apartment this coming year for school and I was trying to figure out what sort of media setup I should go for.

At first I was thinking of getting a decent Plasma TV and an apple tv and using that to watch my TV and stuff.

But then I thought about just getting a nice big monitor and just hooking that up to my Macbook when I wanna watch TV.

any thoughts or suggestions?
