I just purchased this external hard drive and am having a problem utilizing it. There are no instructions other than a quick set-up guide and a CD for Windows. I plugged in the drive and my computer recognizes it. When I hit the one touch button nothing happens.

Do I have to install some type of software to utilize this HD? I thought the Mac would recognize it and it would plug in and play.

Any assistance would be appreciated since the company does not have a support phone number or an easy to use assistance center. (It is now owned by Seagate.)

Disregard, I just found out this product does not support Mac 10.4. I'm sending back.
