Anyone hear any rumors of pending Cinema Display updates?
Perhaps an HDMI interface being added?

There have been rumors of integrated isight, etc. But frankly we will know when they come out

I could live without an iSight integrated into the Display for an HDMI input.

lowering prices again would be welcome as well. that or just bumping up the specs a bit. i love the way they look right now.

Higher resolution would be nice, say a 25% bump in pixels per inch. It makes for much sharper text. I don't see the point in HDMI. Current Cinema Displays don't even have speakers. HDCP support would certainly be a good idea.
As for timing, I've been thinking "any day now" for a year or more.

I'd be VERY interested to know precisely when the displays will be updated, because i'll definitely be selling my 23" ACD and buying whatever the equivilent is. It's part of my whole "Going HD" thing. If the display supports HDCP, then that part of the upgrade is done. Then i'll sell my X1900 for an X2900 (whenever that's available), and then i'll buy a Blu-Ray drive once they become better.
