So I am getting screen artifacts all over my Apple TV, from the startup video to my photo collection slideshow.

I tried switching HDMI cables and then tried Component cables because I thought it was a digital signal problem.

I have reset the Apple TV and done a factory restore back to v1.0, any other ideas? or what should my next steps be?

Will Apple Repair or Exchange this if I bring this back to the Apple Store where I purchased it?

I'm not sure how the Apple TV is handled repair wise. Usually Apple wants to repair under warranty, but I would insist on replacement if, out of the box, it didn't work properly.
