Im looking for a set of external speakers for my powerbook. I want to keep the apple brand theme just because. Is there any certain model of apple speakers that has an internal power source (doesnt use the USB/ plugs into a 110v) and will plug into my headphone jack>?

If Apple make speakers, you'd most likely find them at the Apple store.

And I doubt you'll find any speakers that have an "internal power source", unless they have a built-in generator. Are you sure you didn't mean "have an internal amplifier and will plug into a 110v"?

Apple doesn't make their own speakers, aside from the iPod Hi-Fi.

Try the JBL Creature speakers if you insist on having more shiny white plastic to go with your computer. Otherwise, just spend the $30 for this Creative set. I have it and the sound from the sub is really quite nice for what it is. Unless you want mind-blowing audio, these will suit you just fine.

You can always void the warranty, pull them apart, and spray paint them white if you really want...
For all the trash I talk, I sure own a lot of Macs...
