I just got a 22 inch Samsung 2232GW that I'm connecting to my PowerBook G4. However, when the monitor is connected, the image on the monitor jerks left and right just slightly and is really annoying. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Probably cos youve not got it set to display at its native resolution and the monitor is trying to resize it!!! should be 1680x1050

The monitor is already setup with that resolution so that isn't the problem; it must be something else.

Yes I am and it tends to do it more when I first turn the monitor on, if that helps at all.

does it do it to start with.... then stop. Or does it do it all the time intermittently?

I've been looking for something like that and so far I've had no luck. I must be missing something somewhere.
