I have two printers that I use. An HP PSC 1610 and an Epson R2400 photo printer. I think connecting them will work just fine but am not sure if I will need to run the software that came with each. I just got the Mac pro and need to connect these, if possible. Will the Apple detect and load the required drivers and software windows that are needed or do I need to go to the individual printers sites to get new software for Mac as these were originally purchased for a PC. I have been told that Mac does most of the job but am not sure that that is so concerning the interactive windows required for the individual printers. Will the original CD's (installation) work on the Mac Pro. I have not set up Windows on my Mac.
