Does anyone know of an Epson repair facility anywhere in the USA that uses Mac computers to do their testing?
Please don't bother to suggest I approach Epson themselves, because I have exhausted (literally) that avenue and found them completely useless in regard to my problem.
Extremely grateful for any help!

If your printer suddenly stopped working:
There is an internal counter which you can reset maybe once.

After that you should get a new Ink sponge package (that`s supposed to absorb the ink from the printer`s cleaning procedures) before you reset the counter again.

What happened to your printer? Did it stop printing suddenly? Are the print-outs off-colour etc?

Are there any error messages displayed on the printer LCD? If you google your printer model and error message you might get an Epson page telling you what that means.

Is it a Mac-only issue? Seems like you're suggesting so? If that's the case, failing a USB/connection type issue it's most likely a software/driver problem? Have you installed anything new recently?
