Please give me some suggestion? I wan to get something under $400 with pretty good video quality.

Looks like 1/6" is the standard CCD size for flash-based cameras in that price range...

Thanks, I find Sanyo have some similar video cameras and they look better.
Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG65 Video Camera
