As title, my keyboard extension is not good enough for the logitech receiver and 2 ports just dont cut it!

Ive tried some cheapies before with no success so can you pro's point me in the right direction of a quality product

Will a USB 2 card work due to the machine being USB 1?

Thanks

I've been using a generic USB 2.0 card from eBay on my Sawtooth for a while now... its held up to a lot of moves and much use (printing, cameras, phones, ext hd's). Plug and play, didn't need a driver or anything. A 2 min installation because I had to clean up in front of my CPU.
I'm about 99.9% positive it is this one:

The fact that your Mac has USB 1 will have no impact on a USB 2 card. That's one of the reasons for having expansion slots - to be able to give older computers access to newer technologies. As long as it's a Mac compatible card it should work, although there are always bound to be some incompatibilities here and there.
