I have the Logitech v470 bluetooth- I just got mine in the mail (after rebate, etc with a purchase from buy.com and google checkout, it will only cost me $5 - sweet).
Every time i either turn the power off on the mouse to save battery OR close my macbook lid and it goes to sleep, it won't reconnect when i open it up. I am in discoverable mode, and it does FIND my mouse, but i can't use it. When I push 'connect' on the bottom of the mouse, the little light just blinks and it never actually connects. I have to actually set the mouse up again as a new bluetooth device each time. seems to retain my settings and setup is fast, but it should NOT do this. I did a quick search elsewhere and this seems to have been an old problem - was it ever solved? How do i fix this?
I've also noticed that under the mouse/keyboard settings in sys prefs, under bluetooth it has a space where you can name your mouse and see the battery level, but even when the mouse is 'mousing', i am unable to do anything with these areas, and they both just show up blank. not sure if this is connected to the other prob...
i love the mouse when it works....help!
