I purchased a Micro IInnovations 2 in 1 Corded and Cordless Optical Mouse. I followed the instructions to get the mouse ready for use.
The first step was to install the battery. -- Done
Second step was to turn on the computer and place the power switch on the mouse to the ON position - Both Done
The third step was to insert the RF receiver into a USB port - Done - Inserted RF receiver into the port on the keyboard.
The cursor appeared but it would not move when I moved the mouse.
The instructions went on to say if the mouse did not work, I was to press the Sync button on top of the RF receiver. Found no such button on the RF receiver
Tried to use the mouse as a corded device and the cursor would not move. I will call tech support but i hope to have an answer before I connect with someone in tech support.
Am I doing something wrong or is the mouse defective.?
