I've got a problem with my keyboards responds time, I have to hold in a key for about 5 - 6 seconds for it to respond to the computer first a thought it was the keyboard it self that was broken so I bought another PS2 keyboard and still the same problem so maybe I thought it was the PS2 port it self on the motherboard so I got a USB keyboard and still the same problem, as I was trying to fix it last night I restarted the pc and while it was starting up I tested the numlock key and it worked fine but as soon as the xp loading screen came on the there was a delay again. PLEASE please help me I'm getting fed up with this machine and I have a lot a work to finish before next week

Welcome to our forums, wisKeyEcHo. But you DO realize that these forums are about Macs, right? Macs don't have PS2 ports...only USB ports.

You're probably dealing with something to do with your keyboard's drivers-and since you're obviously dealing with a PC, you'd look at the Keyboard/Mouse applet in Control Panel to see what its settings are. You may also want to go into Device Manager and update or reload the keyboard driver.
