Has anyone used these keyboards on Mac? Are there drivers that work and can you program the buttons with functions/macros properly? Any feedback is appreciated!

So I emailed Razer and this is what I got for a response:

Hi,

We do not have Mac drivers for the Razer Lycosa. Thus it can and will only function as any other default keyboard that is plugged in to the Mac OS.

Does anyone know if USB Override would work to program a keyboard like this?
