I'm looking for an internal hard drive for my MacBook, and I would like a 320gb or 500gb. I am curious if there is any 7200rpm 320gb drives available? Also, is there any HDD's for notebooks in 500gb other than the one Samsung makes?

No and no. I don't find the 500GB to be a good value; I'd go with the 320GB.
