Apple has released new HP printer drivers for Leopard.

http://www.apple.com/support/downloa...rdriver11.html

It's a huge update if you d/l the entire package (>400 MB). If you d/l it through SU it will download only the parts needed for the printers in your queue (50MB in my case).

Haven't noticed any differences though. Anybody else?

I hope the HP Toolbox won't go berserk anymore (it would clog syslogd).

I downloaded the whole thing overnight, installed it right now and didn't notice any difference, this with a HP LaserJet 2100 TN (which nine years later is still working with its very first toner).

I haven't noticed anything different up to now, but I also never had any issues with my Laserjet and Leopard (or Tiger for that matter). I am just about to buy a new HP LJ P1005 for some light printing jobs at home. I'm anxious to see how well it works right out of the box with these updated drivers.
