My apple tv will not show up in my itunes. I have the apple tv operating upstairs on my daughters TV. Downstairs, my Vista desktop which is also connected wirelessly to my network, is not displaying ATV in my itunes devices.

- The apple TV is connected to the wireless network perfectly.

- I have tried all troubleshooting, disabling firewall, etc.

- I even purchased a brand new router which is the latest.

It has to be something on my machine becasue I installed itunes 8.0 on my XP laptop and it recognized the ATV. I disabled that computer and unistalled itunes. All my settings look good as well. Does anyone have any insight? I am using Norton as a security control.

Because you are cluttering the forum. There is no reason to start two topics on the exact same subject. If you are not getting responses in the first thread you started, bump it up, don't create a new topic.
