isync/nokia problem

my macbook, leopard operating system, has this isync program that is supposed to link you via bluetooth to other bluetooth devices. my nokia 6233 is apparently compatible with this, but when trying to syncronize my macbook and my phone the computer says that that device (the nokia 6233 that is) is not supported by this application (isync that is). what can be the problem here and what can i do?
