Hey I was just wondering if anyone here is using an external blu ray recorder to burn movies. Are they compatible with macs? If you are using one what brand?

The drive should work, but Blu-ray playback won't. Mac OS X and DVD Player.app cannot play Blu-ray movies.

You can burn Blu-Ray with Roxio Toast.
