Windows XP/Printer Driver for HP LaserJet

I have an iMac, running OS 10.5.6. I have two printers connected to the Mac: a Xerox Phaser 7750, and an HP LaserJet 4200n. Within OS X, both printers were recognized instantly. I also have Windows XP installed on this iMac. I was able to get the Xerox to print within Windows XP, and I am apparently able to download a driver for the HP printer for Windows, but haven't been able to get it to print. Any idea what I'm missing?
