Can anyone advise? Today my new Canon MP630 arrived, and what should have taken 10 minutes to set up and begin working has turned into 3 hours.
I followed the set up instructions carefully, and the software has been installed.
However, I've not been able to align the cartridges (the print-out test) and the home screen LCD never changes. When I turn the menu wheel (or press on the arrows at the side) nothing happens at all. It seems stuck on "DVD/CD label print".
I realise there's an off chance that the machine is faulty, but first thought I'd ask if anyone here had experienced something similar.
I'm unable to print, because I keep getting the message that the printer is working on something else (presumably it still wants to align those cartridges). The user's manual is no help at all in this case.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks!
