From a Pearl user point of view, the Storm is a violent discovery, not only the keyboard is gone, the fantastic pearl-ball is what you're going to miss the most… from all things that make any BlackBerry a proper BlackBerry, only the BB key, pretty much like Gloria Gaynor, (and Frank The Pug from Men In Black) did survive. Let's be honest though, the Storm looks cool, damn cool. Sure, the iPhone is still in another world of coolness but the Storm can easily sustain its cool-factor versus any other given smartphone, but I am going to leave that one to your particular appreciation of style.
Since no material thing is near to perfection, we got an issue, and given we are dealing with software here, it is a big one nonetheless…it can't manage to sync with the Mac via Bluetooth, USB works great though, but you don't want to physically attach such a smartphone to the Mac, how old school would be that!!
So, in before of keep wasting more time trying to solve this and shamelessly asking for advice I wonder if there is anybody here who was able to sync the Storm and the Mac with the only help of Bluetooth as 'conveyance'?. The directions I got from the own RIM boards, sites like crackberry, et cetera, haven't been the problem-solvers one would expect, to make things harder it is not like my BlackBerry background was able to provide any useful help cause some menus are different from those on the bassinet sized Pearl.
I sort of miss the calm before the Storm.
