Had this in the wrong section so reposting here....
I work off an external because my mini just doesn't have the space. However I have no way to back anything up. Can I daisy-chain a second external (Seagate 1T) as a back-up device with Firewire? It is a first generation mini (PPC processor) Will both drives mount? So essentially External #2 will be the back up for External #1 through one cable...possible to do?
Thanks for any feedback.

Firewire does allow for daisy-chaining devices, so your second drive should show up on your Mini like any other drive.
