I need help configuring my Macbook to connect to my Canon MP620 via wireless. I do not understand Canon's instruction manual at all.

You have to tell us what you've tried so far. We can't walk you through something that the manual surely does a fine job at. What have you set up? What are you confused about in the manual? What have you tried and what exactly is not working?

As mentioned, we can't read your mind. Do you want a wired or wireless connection? What have you tried so far? What don't you understand in the manual? You've got to give us something. If you really need this much help to get started, you should contact Canon and have them walk you through the setup over the phone. Then, you can come back here with specific questions if they were unable to help you.
