Help me identify a RasterOps nubus video card?

I have two RasterOps 12" nubus video cards. One is a Color Board 364, the other isn't marked and I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what it is.

What is strange is that it looks like it has 2 Ultra SCSI ports ON the video card, one above and one below the main RasterOps CPU (2400-0012).

Says it was manufactured in 1990. It has DB-15, S-Video, and composite video ports. I'm pretty sure it's a video capture board but it's fancier than the 364. Sorry about the picture quality, all I had was my iSight to take pictures of it.

Perhaps higher-resolution pics would help. Such as pics good enough to read the labeling on some of the chips.
